Services: We coordinate all activities of the construction project

Harley Construction Management Corp. will coordinate the activities of all
critical members of the construction team such as architects, contractors
and consultants to develop a comprehensive schedule for the project.
Harley Construction Management Corp. will identify and evaluate all
materials specified in the design to determine their impact on pricing and
scheduling. Alternatives will be suggested which can promote time and
cost savings without compromising quality.

Harley Construction Management Corp. will identify long lead items for
pre-ordering to ensure that construction in progress proceeds on schedule.
Harley Construction Management Corp. will coordinate the activities of
consultants, e.g.: computer, word processing and telecommunications to
determine how installations should be accomplished within the overall
schedule.
During construction, Harley Construction Management Corp. will
monitor all work to ensure adherence to the schedule and to the Bid
Documents.

Harley Construction Management Corp. will review all Change Orders to
determine their impact on the budget and the schedule.

Harley Construction Management Corp. will review subcontract bids to
verify completeness of scope of work and to avoid overlap of
responsibilities.

to assure a quality project in the briefest possible time.
